The woman taking the order had an arrogant attitude. She preferred to joke around with her colleagues rather than take the order! Because she wasn't listening, the order was taken with many mistakes!
Perhaps you should review your recruitment process... The loyalty card terminal hasn't been working for months!

Thank you, Oussam! I had a hunch when I arrived. It started off badly; I thought it was closed, but no, a smile: "Ah, you didn't order at the kiosk." My order was taken, and at the next window, it was prepared by the same person. No wait, and I asked for their first name because I believe in hope. I went home, and lo and behold, my order was exactly as ordered! It's worthy of the McDonald's in Allier, Angers, the Champs-Élysées, Switzerland, and Spain. In short, in six years, I've finally had two decent Happy Meals in Marseille! ☆☆☆☆☆ My friends and their children even made a game of it to keep the tears from starting.
My previous review was this: "Every time, the orders are incomplete, the tickets aren't called, it's hopeless."

Hello, I read the negative reviews about this McDonald's. Management must have had to sort things out. I saw someone my age, around fifty, constantly cleaning and emptying the trash cans, and young people bringing in trays quite quickly, especially a young woman named Nezha. This was on a Thursday at lunchtime, and the McDonald's was packed.
