One of the worst McDonald's in the city, I think. The drive-thru wait is unbelievable, they're often out of sauces. The managers should be more focused on running their restaurants than kissing their partners in the parking lot.

I love this kind of box, but would it be possible to personalize it by choosing the sauces we prefer?

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the state of the restrooms at the McDonald's Marseille Sainte-Marguerite Dromel restaurant. During all my visits to this establishment, the restrooms have always been in a deplorable state of cleanliness. From floor to ceiling, everything is dirty: the mirrors are covered in streaks, the walls have numerous stains, there is regularly urine on the floor, excrement splashes in several places, and a particularly strong and unpleasant odor. The situation is such that I was unable to take my 3-year-old child to these restrooms, as they were so unsanitary and unsuitable for public use. I was even forced to have him urinate outside the restaurant because I refused to expose him to such a filthy environment. I find this situation unacceptable, especially for an establishment that serves many families daily. I request that you take the necessary measures to ensure regular and effective cleaning of the restrooms. Awaiting a swift improvement. Sincerely

Ordered from the drive-thru today... To my great surprise, when I got home, instead of a Perrier, I received a large glass of water!!! And without the wait at the drive-thru in the blazing sun, knowing there was no one else in line

The service met my expectations: very friendly and affable, despite the usual McDonald's turnover. The staff were kind and accommodating when there was a missing item or a problem with the order. For example, my daughter spilled her sundae, and without questioning my word (I asked to see the receipt), they immediately offered her another one. Similarly, when there was a problem or an order error (two chocolate sundaes instead of caramel ones via Uber Eats delivery), they offered to reorder the caramel sundaes for me when I arrived. And to my surprise, they remade my entire dessert order, for a total of four sundaes! And this isn't an isolated incident, as I've been going to this restaurant for years. It's by comparing several McDonald's in Marseille that I've come to appreciate all of this. The restaurant is clean and has a children's play area. It was time I gave this place the recognition it deserved. Done! 🫠🙂
