Like all McDonald's, no surprises on the food side, it gets the job done.
On the other hand, if there is a problem (with the order or otherwise) you can count on Claire, the Deputy Director, to take matters into hand. And that is very, very appreciable.
Building customer loyalty also involves customer service and the ability to recognize and repair errors. Bingo, Deputy Director Claire does it.
So I am loyal.
Cold sandwich, very spacious restaurant, not at all maintained in terms of tables and floors, no cleaning done.
Cold sandwich and not hot fries, not the best McDonald's I've been to....
Not a fan of this kind of place, I nevertheless discovered this one which really appealed to me: quality of the products, kindness of the staff, speed of service all in impeccable cleanliness. What else? Most likely to come back.
