The store was spacious, even more so than in Japan.
The staff were very kind; even though I picked up my order at the counter, they brought it to my table with me.
They also warned me to be careful because bag snatching is common.
The self-ordering machine can be set to Japanese, but the translation was literal and difficult to understand.

I used this place on a record-breaking hot day in late May, over 30 degrees Celsius, when I was exhausted from sightseeing. I ordered fries and a shake and rested on the second floor. It wasn't dirty, there was plenty of space, and you can use the restroom by getting a coin at the counter. When I asked for extra water, they readily agreed, which was a great help. All the staff were young but very helpful, and I recommend using this store.
They also sold sweets like donuts.
