Great salad with very good products and delicious sauces. Great service with fast, efficient and generous staff.

First time in this restaurant, great staff, very smiling and welcoming, their salads are fresh and there is a lot of choice!! The service is fast and the music there is great! I will come back !!

The concept of creating your own salad based on products presented in front of you is very interesting and there was a lack of this type of restaurant in the neighborhood. The team is dynamic and professional and the products are very fresh. Two slightly negative points that I could put into perspective are that sometimes the doses are "calculated" and sometimes derisory (it really depends on the person serving). When you drop an "extra" slice of smoked ham for example... It's annoying to see that the person will look for it in the bowl in the middle of the salad to put it back in the base jar... Furthermore it doesn't seem to me that there is a loyalty card which would make me come more often
