I recently moved to Fameck and had the chance to use the drive-thru at this McDonald's.
A big plus: the option to pick up your order in the parking lot is a real bonus.
They don't forget the napkins or the sauces.
The staff I dealt with were polite and professional, even during the busy times.
Orders were complete and everything was included.
Why not 5 stars? Because I didn't go inside to check the cleanliness, but I imagine it must be clean, since the employees I saw were wearing hairnets, especially if they had long hair.
A big thumbs up for this McDonald's, which puts the Burger King across the street to shame.

When I came to pick up my order that day, I was served by an extremely kind and patient young man. He took the time to find the toy for my daughter, seeing how eager she was to get the Playmobil sloth figure. The young man's name is Kylian. In any case, I thank him immensely for his patience and professionalism. It's rare these days, especially in a chain where the service is rushed. Thank you again.
