Order placed in-store, one sandwich was missing and there were only two paper napkins for five people. Also, the sandwiches and fries were cold. I must admit that after I complained, the missing sandwich and napkins arrived, but we still ate at different times than everyone else, which wasn't very pleasant. I want to emphasize a point that's common to many McDonald's: in most cases, the food arrives cold. Serve your fries and sandwiches hot; it's a must.
