Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to the McDonald's in Armentières. I don't go there often, but it's still a nice fast-food option to enjoy from time to time. The service was extremely fast, which is a real plus.
However, I'm deducting some points because the prices are getting really high, like in many fast-food restaurants these days, but especially at McDonald's.
As always, you find that signature taste that you don't find anywhere else, which is also part of its success. So, it remains a pleasant experience overall, even if it's better to stick to homemade food on a daily basis.

I regularly come to the McDonald's in Armentières; it's always very, very good. A major plus is the friendliness of the staff and especially the manager, Anaïs, who is always very professional and responsive to our requests.

Good evening, I came to pick up my click and collect order this evening around 7:49 pm. The wait was quite long, and on top of that, it was cold and I didn't get the ice cream... Very disappointed

Au premier abord le service semblait de qualité, malheureusement après une longue attente nos hamburgers sont arrivés froid. Nous sommes donc allés demander à la dame au comptoir de nous changer nos burgers et cette dernière a refusé prétextant que ce n'était pas comme ça que ça fonctionnait. On a donc dû passer par le manager qui, étant plus commerçant que la serveuse, nous les a changés très rapidement, Merci.

I'm giving it 5 stars, narrowly offset by Mr. Clément's business sense.
Yesterday, I ordered at the drive-thru, no steak in my burger, and 4 nuggets for an order of 6...
The missing steak was the final blow.
Following my call, Clement made an exceptional commercial gesture, and I find that truly professional of them.
