McDonald's sur Auterive

When it's 10:45 PM on a Sunday night and you're greeted with such professionalism... So thank you to the team member who took my order; the service was perfect!

Everything was hot, the staff were super friendly, and the service was top-notch. The sandwiches were perfectly centered and the packaging was impeccable. A complete order ❤️

We went to the drive-thru one evening around 7 pm. Our order was taken by a very pleasant and friendly young man. However, the payment was processed by his manager who, while he was taking our order, was also taking someone else's order (there were only 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru, including one in front of us...). With a wave of his hand, he told us to move along because the payment had been processed, then curtly asked us to come back because it hadn't gone through. In short, not pleasant at all! As for the ice cream, the topping was at the very bottom, the container was only half full, and the milk had leaked out...

Great experience at McDonald’s Auterive! Being gluten-free, I appreciated their accommodations: removing the bun, clean packaging, and attentive staff. Thank you for your consideration; it's these small gestures that make all the difference.

Unless I'm mistaken, it's not mentioned in the product description that the McCrispy is spicy. I don't know if it's the chicken coating or the sauce, but it's incredibly hot. They forgot the yogurt drink in my daughter's Happy Meal… I always check my order, and one or more things are missing almost every time. This time, my husband ordered through the drive-thru and didn't think to check, but it's not normal that there are so many missing items in orders.

There was a minor issue with the daily special offer via the app, but it was handled very well by the team. The service was quick and all the products were hot, which isn't always the case within the chain.

Hello. I'm a frequent McDonald's customer, and despite the price increase, I still believe it's one of the best McDonald's in Toulouse. During my many visits with my children, I've noticed that there's always a crew member dedicated to cleaning to keep the place tidy (which is quite rare in other Toulouse McDonald's...). Furthermore, I find the employees always very helpful and friendly despite their busy schedules. Therefore, I must express my disbelief at these ill-mannered customers who feel entitled to criticize every little thing. You should be ashamed! Instead of offering constructive advice, you're the first to attack poor workers (underpaid, I imagine) because they forgot a sauce on your tray. If you complain that McDonald's is too expensive or that the workers are incompetent, go somewhere else instead of criticizing just because "it's McDonald's." I would like to encourage people to be more kind to others. ☀️

Good evening, I've been to this McDonald's several times and I'm almost always greeted by Marion. She's truly exceptional! Very smiley, pleasant, and always friendly with customers. You can tell she loves her job and does everything she can to make sure things go smoothly.
