Great experience at McDonald’s Auterive! Being gluten-free, I appreciated their accommodations: removing the bun, clean packaging, and attentive staff. Thank you for your consideration; it's these small gestures that make all the difference.

There was a minor issue with the daily special offer via the app, but it was handled very well by the team. The service was quick and all the products were hot, which isn't always the case within the chain.

Hello. I'm a frequent McDonald's customer, and despite the price increase, I still believe it's one of the best McDonald's in Toulouse. During my many visits with my children, I've noticed that there's always a crew member dedicated to cleaning to keep the place tidy (which is quite rare in other Toulouse McDonald's...). Furthermore, I find the employees always very helpful and friendly despite their busy schedules. Therefore, I must express my disbelief at these ill-mannered customers who feel entitled to criticize every little thing. You should be ashamed! Instead of offering constructive advice, you're the first to attack poor workers (underpaid, I imagine) because they forgot a sauce on your tray. If you complain that McDonald's is too expensive or that the workers are incompetent, go somewhere else instead of criticizing just because "it's McDonald's." I would like to encourage people to be more kind to others. ☀️

Good evening, I've been to this McDonald's several times and I'm almost always greeted by Marion. She's truly exceptional! Very smiley, pleasant, and always friendly with customers. You can tell she loves her job and does everything she can to make sure things go smoothly.

Overall, a good experience. The wait was reasonable, the order was correct, and the staff were pleasant. Marion really stood out for her professionalism and kindness.
