The staff were very helpful and friendly. Burgers and fries were always hot. The wait was very short. The place was well laid out and decorated. All the self-service kiosks worked perfectly. I've been there many times and I've never had the slightest problem. The best McDonald's I've ever been to.

The service was complicated, with an inexperienced young employee who had to try three times before finally bringing us the correct ice cream order.
This came after the mishaps of not respecting the order number or adding ice cubes specified on the kiosk... in short, the order placed at the kiosk was perfect, but completely changed when it came time to serve us.
Otherwise, the children's play area was nice; a little more air conditioning would have been welcome.

And here we go again, another order gone wrong.
We didn't get what we ordered: fries instead of potatoes. Small portions. The equivalent of one small fry in a medium-sized container...
I don't understand, there are dozens of negative comments about this. You reply that you regret it, that you're sorry, but you can't seem to fix the problem? :(

Thank you for the warm welcome, it's a welcome change from some McDonald's! We'll be back because the smiles are there even at 10 pm

Very quick and friendly service. I had forgotten my wallet with money inside, and I was able to retrieve it with everything inside. Thank you! 👍

Fries and chicken nuggets we ordered were good. My mom got a salade and that could use some more sauce. Also the Coca Cola had a strange taste to it. The food was here pretty fast.Employees were friendly and the Mac is in a nice environment.

We stayed at a B&B on our way to France, but the area felt a bit remote. So we found this McDonald's on Google Maps because it was right next door and very convenient. It was hot and we didn't want to eat dinner, so we chose to eat there. There was plenty of parking. Since we didn't have any special requests, we didn't talk much with the staff. We don't speak much French either. Choosing McDonald's during your trip is always a safe bet, so we didn't take any photos.

Nice, large, great play area, sheltered, air-conditioned, and completely deserted on this Saturday afternoon in May (was it a holiday weekend? Or have people lost interest in McDonald's?).
In any case, the ice cream was very good, and it was an excellent idea to have a Stranger Things pinball machine available for unlimited play—truly excellent!
Big downside: the McCafé menu only had lemon-ginger tea left... Tough.

McDonald's Genay has declined significantly in quality. Sandwiches, fries, etc., are not cooked properly and are often already cold when they're handed to us. There are many forgotten items and a very long wait to collect our order. The gifts for children are really not great.
