Nice, large, great play area, sheltered, air-conditioned, and completely deserted on this Saturday afternoon in May (was it a holiday weekend? Or have people lost interest in McDonald's?).
In any case, the ice cream was very good, and it was an excellent idea to have a Stranger Things pinball machine available for unlimited play—truly excellent!
Big downside: the McCafé menu only had lemon-ginger tea left... Tough.

McDonald's Genay has declined significantly in quality. Sandwiches, fries, etc., are not cooked properly and are often already cold when they're handed to us. There are many forgotten items and a very long wait to collect our order. The gifts for children are really not great.

I had a great time at this McDonald's! The service was quick and efficient, even during peak hours. The staff is welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and my order was exactly as ordered and piping hot. It's always a pleasure to come here, I highly recommend it! Special mention to Bassma, who is super friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Not a soul in the restaurant, no one at the drive-thru, and 20 minutes to serve a lukewarm sandwich... and another 15 minutes to remake it... So, 35 minutes in total... They're either completely useless or just plain bad.
Avoid them... seriously!!
