McDonald's sur Marseille

A terrible experience. My food was served on dirty dishes, the place was filthy and smelly, and my order was incomplete. Everything ended up in the bin; I'm absolutely disgusted.

Too crowded with children... It makes Hurlé terrible, please do something!

I've been going there for a while now... and the staff isn't very nice... it's almost as if they don't want to work... not pleasant at all... I'm an apprentice in a multi-skilled sales assistant role in the food industry, so I know the basics... the only exception is the morning manager who's there and actually works, which is why it has 3 stars, otherwise I would have given it 1, and if it had been possible, 0. Anyway, they served me the Happy Meal loose in the bag, no box, even though there were boxes galore... really not cool, they forgot the toys... my sisters were sad... especially when you see that you pay 72 cents per toy, so times 2 it's a little over €1, and in Macron's France, that's hard to come by. Anyway, I advise you to go to the one in La Blancarde, even if it's a bit further, it's better! A thought for the young man with curly hair and glasses who threw the McDonald's bag like a piece of trash, anyway I'm not going back.

Thank you to Celia and Annaelle for their professionalism and help. We came with a disabled person on a rainy day, the elevator was out of order, we wanted to eat there and there were no seats or tables on the ground floor, they found a solution, took the time to get a chair and a table outside, they cleaned it and we were able to eat peacefully sheltered from the rain, a big thank you to the whole team.
