I was served by a very nice young man, unfortunately I don't have his first name, he is dressed in a white shirt with long hair in a bun. And the food is still good

We were as a family eating Big Mac menus as is often the case which is a shame it remains cold, the fries are soft and not crispy and barely warm it remains not acceptable especially when it is a pleasure that a family offers itself with poor means, the tables are not washed after each customer departure. So I understand that it's a lot of service but eating the meal cold is not the best. The sanitary side is a disaster, no toilet paper, the contact points are horribly dirty. Fast food ok but there are limits

Significant improvement from the team at this McDo Colmar, the service was fast, and the dishes were quite hot! 👍🏼 the managers are great!
