The place where we bring the trays is filthy. A mountain of trash at 1:00 p.m. and no one comes to pick it up. The system is not suitable at all. Tables are not cleaned after each customer.

La personne venue me voir étant très sympathique, j’ai revu mes notes à la hausse. A certains moment la salle est trop bruyante (air de jeux intérieur) et votre personnel en SAT manque parfois de sourire (cependant nous sommes humains et nous ne pouvons pas être tout le temps de bonne humeur :) Rien à redire sur le reste, globalement toujours satisfait de mes venues à Erstein.

22/12/2023: When we arrived at the hotel it was 9:30 p.m. There was no one at reception to welcome us and explain where our rooms were. The keys were left on the counter without explanation; we had to search for our rooms in the corridors. I find it a little disrespectful to the customers that there is no one at reception. Very unfortunate because the place is beautiful the rooms are a little small but enough to sleep in but I would not recommend this place due to lack of staff at reception.
