21/07/2026: We've eaten here several times. It had been a while since we last came (the restaurant was closed due to water damage). It was a pleasure to be able to return. The atmosphere is always the same, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Honestly, if you want to eat good homemade couscous, go there without hesitation. We will definitely be back.

22/09/2026: Purchase of a large order of fries, a nagi bao burger, and 6 chicken chunks this Tuesday at 6:30 PM at McDonald's Erstein, total €16.20. Few customers, but enough staff to do the job properly. The photo shows the fries as they came out of the bag when I got home. How can they put this in a bag and serve it to a customer?

09/10/2026: An incredible experience from start to finish: a magnificent setting, a perfect atmosphere, delicious food, and impeccable service. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, I recommend this restaurant 100%!

04/08/2026: Always a great experience. The food is good, the cooking is just a touch less salt and it would be perfect for me. Nevertheless, I recommend the restaurant for its service, good wines, and generous portions.

24/04/2026: The daily special was excellent; you absolutely must stop by. During the week, the service (Sonia) is quick and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

29/07/2026: Clean rooms, no air conditioning, bar and restaurant closed. No reception. In 7 days I saw one (1) employee only once. In the room the air conditioning was replaced by a 20 cm fan. Hotel to be used only if there is no alternative.

23/07/2026: Room booked for a stay at Europa-Park, located about 30 minutes away by car. The location is ideal: everything is close by in Erstein, especially shops. As for the room, it's adequate for the price. It's clear they've tried to modernize it, but a few improvements are still needed, particularly regarding the blankets, which are outdated and uncomfortable. The rest is satisfactory, although the bed could be a bit bigger. The bathroom is quite modern. The main drawbacks concern cleanliness: the room hadn't been dusted, and we saw three spiders in three nights. This is definitely something that needs improvement. Despite this, I recommend this establishment for its excellent value for money, its convenient location, and its friendly and welcoming staff.

04/10/2026: This Saturday night, the hamburger had a cold, uncooked cheese curd, the carrot salad and mayonnaise were expired 👿. It's awful, and the fries were undercooked. They need to change cooks ASAP; this is really bad for the restaurant 👿. I left with a stomach ache... the cooks clearly have no experience cooking... they use a microwave... it's not great for customers; it's worse than McDonald's.

18/09/2026: Excellent service, a delicious and generous plate of food, great value for money, what more could you ask for?

14/10/2026: I won't be going back. There were four of us, and we ordered two pizzas, two spaetzle dishes with cream and two types of mushrooms, and a green salad. The pizzas were small, square, and not very good. With the spaetzle, we had to search for the cream and the two mushrooms! The salad dressing was disastrous—no salt, no pepper, just awful-tasting oil. The grated carrots on top of the salad weren't fresh. We asked for more dressing and received a reprimand from the cook, which was then passed on to us. The dessert was a disaster. Aside from the coffee and two scoops of ice cream, it was disgusting. There were two verrines, one with whipped cream and a bottled red fruit sauce, and the second, supposedly coconut and pistachio, was disgusting. There was a cream in it—I thought it was a pepper cream—and fruit at the bottom. I have no idea what it was! The poor, very nice waitress must have gotten an earful from the cook, poor thing. A word to the wise!

22/05/2026: Upon arrival, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned... Immediate room change! No discount, not even a gesture of goodwill, no complimentary drinks or aperitif! We ordered at the bar, waited patiently because no one was there, and even had to clear our own table while they found a waitress... Furthermore, we had booked two rooms but only one was upgraded, which was nice, but not mine. Two upgrades would have been better than none at all...

19/04/2026: Visited hotel with a tourist group from Slovenia and we were satisfied with everything - rooms are big, modern, clean and cosy, breakfast is very diverse (...it would be nice if they had more of fresh vegetables) and good (loved the bread and cheese selection), parking space was enough for 55 seater. I highly recommend.

20/06/2026: We arrived at the bowling alley with friends at 10:45 PM on a Friday, as it was supposed to close at 11:30 PM that day. Imagine our surprise to find the doors locked upon our arrival, and to see the owner and one of her employees heading to their cars to leave... all under their disdainful gaze as we parked our cars on the premises. It's a bit shameful to close an hour before the advertised time; not everyone goes to bed early on a Friday night. But I guess this bowling alley just doesn't attract anyone... And that's understandable given the poor service and the bland decor... Avoid at all costs.

01/06/2026: I do not recommend this place. The dance floor was dark, there was no air conditioning, and it was stiflingly hot. And the worst part was yet to come: we ordered four drinks for €19, and at the end, they told us to clear our own table, even though we were the only customers and it's not the customers' responsibility to clear their own. Meanwhile, there were three people behind the bar doing nothing but chatting and laughing. I find this completely unprofessional. It doesn't even deserve one star. We won't be back.
