Absolutely terrible! The old lady at the counter was completely drunk and insulted the customers. It's a shame we heard everything. I wouldn't have posted this review if my daughter's McChicken sandwich hadn't contained two nuggets. Sandwiches wrapped upside down are a recurring problem; this can't go on. The cashiers are completely unpleasant and insulting. And yes, you shouldn't talk with the microphone in front of your mouth; you can hear everything. The staff is beyond rude.
