One of the drive-through kiosks wasn't working and wasn't indicated. As a result, I waited almost 10 minutes for nothing. Taking the order was very slow, as the person at the counter wasn't very responsive. And to top it off, the order didn't match the request.
Just another McDonald's; the dining room and patio are nice, but the service is complicated, especially during rush hour. It makes you wonder about a lack of organization, although the staff are attentive if you forget something or have a request.
However, the wait for payment or your order is a bit long.
I want to thank Khalil, who was incredibly kind (I was with my baby in the stroller). He helped me carry the stroller down the few steps when the others saw I was struggling.
He also brought me my meal (even though table service wasn't available). Such kindness and thoughtfulness!
Even though the food wasn't great (the nuggets and fillet were very overcooked) and the service was very slow, he made me forget about my disappointing meal. A huge thank you to you, Khalil; kind people like you are rare!
I just had dinner at the McDonald's in Clamart and witnessed a scene that particularly shocked me.
I saw an exchange between a manager and an employee during which the manager spoke to him disrespectfully, belittling and denigrating him in front of the other customers.
I find this behavior unacceptable from a manager. Beyond the respect due to every employee, this type of attitude gives a very negative image of the establishment.
