Thanks to manager Jude! He knows how to resolve minor customer issues and keep his team running smoothly. I had a bad experience with an unpleasant cashier at the self-service kiosk who didn't listen to her customers; luckily, the manager was there. Thank you, Mr. Jude!

The staff are friendly, but frankly, this restaurant isn't what it used to be. It's slow, incredibly slow. The staff moves at a snail's pace; it lacks energy! There's hardly anyone there, but the wait is unjustifiably long. If you order a simple large fries after four other people have ordered four meals before you, you won't receive it until after they've all been served... They really need to manage the flow of customers better.

I'm updating my review because the staff really do their best despite being overwhelmed by the extremely high volume of customers. I went on Friday, April 10th, around 9:30 PM precisely to avoid the rush (because it's a very busy McDonald's, it was like the McDonald's at the Louvre!), and unfortunately, the restaurant was packed. I still recommend it because even though there is a bit of a wait, the service is still good and the restaurant is very welcoming.

I like coming to this playland when my son has a lot of energy and needs to move his body, especially when it's raining or too hot/cold outside. Yesterday, it was one of those days and it was raining. There were two mothers arguing in the play area, which made it a bit unpleasant, but this is the first time I've encountered that after several visits. I feel it takes a little while for the food to be ready compared to other McDonald's, and the milkshakes/sundaes are a bit melted by the time they get to you, but the other products are good quality. On this particular day, we went upstairs to avoid the mothers arguing over whose child bothered whose, and we discovered the lovely Walery running an Atelier Pacques (Easter craft workshop) and she allowed us to join as some participants hadn't shown up. It was so lovely and she was kind and welcoming. My son got to paint an Easter egg and create an egg decoration with stickers. He really enjoyed it and it certainly made our visit to McDonald's end on a positive note. She also gave us a goodie bag as a surprise parting gift with various stickers, balloons, sweets, and a game inside. Thank you, Walery! We hope to see you again soon for another atelier!

I placed a takeaway order and a large part of it was incorrect. Some items were substituted for others, and some were missing. I contacted them several times, but no one answered the phone.

The wait was a bit long, however I appreciated the kind gesture from the friendly eater.

The service was excellent, impeccable, everything was hot, and that's important.
