16/03/2024: On the bar side, the owner and waitresses are always smiling and never forget to greet their customers. ..on the catering side I highly recommend waitresses always available in a good mood and smiling. ...I eat very well every time I eat there New on the menu: beef steak and cheddar sauce, killer! 10/03/2024: While looking for a dry cleaner this Saturday 9, I walked through the Carrefour shopping arcade in Auchy-les Mines. By chance, at the end of the said gallery, I came across a brasserie and curious, I entered it and decided to have lunch there. Very, very warm welcome from management and despite the crowds present I was immediately taken to a very well located table. Immediately "taken care of" by a very friendly, pleasant and dynamic young lady. The choice of menu and slate is impressive, varied and at more than reasonable prices. After asking for information on the meats, I opted for a pepper sauce tab. I was amazed when the lady came to bring my dish, a plate filled like never before with fries and fresh salads, in quantity and especially a tab like I had never seen (cut into five as it was so large and thick). I enjoyed myself to an extent that has never been equaled today. Congratulations on the choice, the purchase of the products and for the quality, mastery of cooking and presentation. This Saturday noon, there was undoubtedly a crazy gunshot, however, and thanks to the three smiling, friendly, energetic, coordinated ladies in the room as well as their male colleague, everything went like clockwork for a “expectations” almost imperceptible: well done, that’s real teamwork, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this brewery!!!
