McDonald's sur Lourdes

McDonald’s it’s a McDonald’s in every city. But it was clean, the bathroom was good also. The food was ok and the staff was very friendly.

Clean, fast service, friendly staff and very good food. I recommend it.

Fast service and quality sandwich

Passing by this Monday at 2 p.m. on the road. Very good service, fast, products made to order, and a clean restaurant. Based on previous reviews, this doesn't at all reflect our experience, but it must be due to the end of the summer season... (The only major downside was the nauseating smell upon entering the restaurant...). As the manager of a Burger King near Nantes, I was pleasantly surprised by the politeness of the employees. Keep it up. 💪

I wanted to leave a review, as I'm a manager in Toulouse myself. I went to the McDonald's in Lourdes this Saturday evening around 8:00-8:15 pm. It was busy and there were a lot of orders. I wanted to congratulate your teams. We were personally served quickly, and one of your employees apologized for the wait with a smile despite the crowd and the fact that he was running around everywhere, eating OAT, fries, and checking out. I know it's not an easy job, so I'm taking the time to write a positive review to say what the negative reviews don't say. Congratulations to all your teams!!

Unfortunately, the tables were all dirty when we visited on Wednesday at 3 p.m. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The service was a bit long, but it was a good gesture nonetheless.

I loved the atmosphere, despite the summer crowds we were served super quickly and everyone was smiling.
