The taste is gone; the nuggets tasted like nothing but chicken, the texture was bizarre—I hope I don't get sick. There were clearly a lot of mistakes in the dining area. The hygiene in the restrooms was appalling, with hand soap that smelled awful and a faucet that only worked if you held it down. On my last visit, I could excuse it—just an off day—but this time there are no coincidences...

The woman at the counter was not pleasant at all. We still paid €4.40 for a McFlurry. I ended up with my dessert without caramel, even though the extra €0.30 was charged.

It's taking longer and longer... The person who takes the order is the same one who handles the payment... who prepares the menu... and who hands the order over at the end of the line... so by the time she returns to her first station, there's obviously a certain amount of time between the two.

16/07/2026: I came today, received a pleasant welcome, had a great time, the team was fantastic, the staff were friendly, come and you won't be disappointed, it's peaceful and the music is nice, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly
