We were very disappointed with our visit. A young saleswoman, probably new, told us in front of everyone that our ticket was counterfeit. We were very embarrassed and, above all, very shocked by the way this was announced in front of the other customers. The situation could have been handled with much more discretion and respect.

The taste is gone; the nuggets tasted like nothing but chicken, the texture was bizarre—I hope I don't get sick. There were clearly a lot of mistakes in the dining area. The hygiene in the restrooms was appalling, with hand soap that smelled awful and a faucet that only worked if you held it down. On my last visit, I could excuse it—just an off day—but this time there are no coincidences...
