22/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Escapade Gourmande restaurant.
We had lunch there one day when we were in a particularly tight time, and the entire team was very attentive to our needs. The service was quick, efficient, and perfectly organized, while remaining warm and professional.
The dishes were excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients and served with care.
A big thank you to the staff for their responsiveness, kindness, and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

29/05/2026: Probably the most French restaurant we visited on our trip. Lunch was excellent; there was no menu, only a set menu. The decor was a bit quirky, but very comfortable, and the view over the city was fantastic. The owner was very charming.

23/12/2025: The sandwiches are good, there's no denying that, but the hygiene leaves much to be desired for the woman who prepares them. Sure, she wears gloves, but when she touches the food, then the broom, the pens, and retouches the food without changing it! Well, I don't find that very hygienic.

25/05/2026: The pizzas aren't what they used to be! Takeaway order: the pizzas are burnt, the ham cubes aren't even fully cut... and to top it all off, indigestion during the night!
23/05/2026: I wanted to rate the machine in Saudrupt since there's no other place to do so.
I ordered a kebab pizza this evening. It was quite generously topped, but even though I chose to have it hot, it was cold. The cheese hadn't even melted. The crust wasn't great.
The price was relatively high compared to those I buy in a big city.
What a shame!

20/04/2026: Disappointed several times since the new owners took over. Ordered online (waited 20-30 minutes), the meat was dry, and there were mistakes every time.
And they weren't very customer-oriented...

We booked for 12:15 pm and asked for the daily special, but it wasn't available.
We ordered other things and were served at 1:15 pm after a long wait.
A small eyebrow was found in the Parmesan.
The presentation was impeccable, a beautiful plate, but the other dishes lacked dressing and salt.

01/05/2026: Simple, family-run hotel. The room needs refreshing and dusting. Located on the edge of town. The breakfast is basic, inexpensive, and offers limited choices. It doesn't deserve more than one star, but is fine for a stopover, not a longer stay.
27/11/2025: A warm welcome, a lovely and quiet room, a beautiful bathroom, and comfortable bedding. The restaurant was delicious from start to finish, and the service was impeccable. Very satisfied. We look forward to returning without hesitation.
