23/12/2025: The sandwiches are good, there's no denying that, but the hygiene leaves much to be desired for the woman who prepares them. Sure, she wears gloves, but when she touches the food, then the broom, the pens, and retouches the food without changing it! Well, I don't find that very hygienic.

11/05/2026: We had to force ourselves into this restaurant, whose storefront and interior are dilapidated. The menu in the window is moldy... The siding is crumbling, the awnings and blinds are faded, and the whole place reeks of neglect. We wondered if the food was anything like the exterior... Since all the restaurants in Bar-le-Duc were full and we weren't from the area, we didn't really have a choice, and that's the only reason we braved our apprehensions (and a local who reassured us that the food was good). Indeed, the pizzas were very good, the crust perfectly thin, the toppings flavorful, and the sauce aromatic. Our waitress was very welcoming and friendly, and the waiter behind the counter, who took our payment, was very pleasant. The wine was quite decent, and the bill was very reasonable. In short, don't judge a book by its cover; this restaurant is worth a visit. I hope he can carry out the renovations he deserves.

03/05/2026: Very disappointed with the food. The fries were undercooked and the veal Milanese had a strange, almost rubbery taste. I think the oil used for cooking must not have been changed because it was black on the breading, so I'm really disappointed... I think they should stick to the basics (pizzas and pasta).

20/04/2026: Disappointed several times since the new owners took over. Ordered online (waited 20-30 minutes), the meat was dry, and there were mistakes every time. And they weren't very customer-oriented...

27/03/2026: Very disappointed for a first visit. We booked for 12:15 pm and asked for the daily special, but it wasn't available. We ordered other things and were served at 1:15 pm after a long wait. A small eyebrow was found in the Parmesan. The presentation was impeccable, a beautiful plate, but the other dishes lacked dressing and salt.

01/05/2026: Simple, family-run hotel. The room needs refreshing and dusting. Located on the edge of town. The breakfast is basic, inexpensive, and offers limited choices. It doesn't deserve more than one star, but is fine for a stopover, not a longer stay.

27/11/2025: A warm welcome, a lovely and quiet room, a beautiful bathroom, and comfortable bedding. The restaurant was delicious from start to finish, and the service was impeccable. Very satisfied. We look forward to returning without hesitation.
