I've been coming to this McDonald's for a while now, and I wanted to highlight the professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Rania for her kindness and excellent customer service. After a small mistake, she immediately took care of everything to resolve my request with great courtesy. These are small gestures, certainly, but they make all the difference! In addition to being smiling and polite, she truly handled the situation professionally. It's a pleasure to receive such a warm welcome. Thank you again, and I look forward to coming back very soon!

I ordered online and went to the pickup point after confirming my order on the website. When I arrived, because the app told me my order was ready, I had to wait for it to be processed! Something's not right here; their management needs to be reviewed.

08/02/2026: A must-visit in Melun. The coffee is excellent, especially when enjoyed on the terrace. The staff are very friendly and there's a great selection of coffee and tea products. I tried the cappuccino: delicious! 😉
