The service is quite fast and the dining room is fairly clean.
The only things that absolutely need improvement are increasing the number of self-service kiosks, as there are far too many customers, creating long waits and a queue stretching outside. The second issue is that, given the large number of customers, the place is much too small. People end up eating on the terrace, which isn't heated in winter, isn't well-lit, and isn't very inviting. This terrace, which is useless even in summer, should be converted to enlarge the restaurant area.

I received excellent service tonight! The young blonde woman at the drive-thru, where we picked up our orders, was lovely, smiling, and truly professional.
Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter someone so welcoming and efficient. Kudos to her, and thank you for the excellent service!

It's 4:50 PM, one customer in the restaurant. And yet it's filthy everywhere, fries on the floor, dirty tables. No coffee, the machine is broken as usual. Avoid at all costs

Disappointed. This is the first time I've had such a long wait in the dining room (we arrived at 2 PM). There was an error with our order, and the fries were undercooked. It was a large order, certainly, but not enough was delivered (to the restaurant). Looking at the other tables around me, it was the same story: delays and mistakes. It's a shame that the service wasn't as efficient at 2 PM.

A great, classic McDonald's; the food is good and fast. All this with friendly staff. Orders are rarely forgotten, so that's good. Be aware that it can get very crowded at certain times of day.
