McDonald's sur L'Aigle

A truly excellent meal, plus the musical atmosphere is delightful, the vibe of the 67 is irresistible 😜 just like the food (photo attached). I highly recommend it, GIMS is there 😎

We ate at this McDonald's this afternoon and were very well received by the smiling Samantha and all the sandwiches were freshly prepared and hot.

I'm truly sorry, but this McDonald's has become so depressing since the recent renovations... It feels like an old office from the 90s; there's no soul, no modern or even contemporary decor. You can't find McDonald's anywhere, nor the childhood magic it had in its early days. And the tiles are so ugly and austere, it feels like stepping back 30 years... I hope it wasn't the McDonald's franchise that imposed this style, because if all McDonald's become like this, they're doomed... It even seems like the renovations were rushed to counter the arrival of their new competitor. It's a real shame because I much prefer the taste of your food. Furthermore, cleanliness is still lacking. Considering you only reopened a few weeks ago, there are already traces of spilled soda on the walls (clearly not recent), and the windows and plexiglass are poorly cleaned. But the worst part is the dishes. I know it's not easy working with this kind of equipment in this type of establishment, but when you see mold growing between the walls of a cup that still tastes of the previous customer's drink (I ordered still water, and it had an aftertaste of strawberry-flavored water), it's truly disgusting. I don't know if it's a problem with the dishwasher or simply a need to restock the dishes, but I think you need to act quickly, otherwise the competition will eat you alive... That's why I deducted points for service quality; however, the staff is pleasant. On the other hand, the indoor play area, in addition to the outdoor one, is a very good idea!

Very fast, very quick, personal and friendly

Disappointed, we ordered a maxi best-of and received a base of fries with cheddar cheese, even though we paid an extra €1.50. Shameful.

I've come several times in the evening, and the staff are cleaning the tables and putting the chairs on them at 9:55 PM, even though the restaurant is supposed to close at 11:00 PM. It's not very welcoming and doesn't make you want to stay or come back.

Hey team, the best Uber Eats delivery driver ever! 🙂👏🏼 I applaud you because I've rarely seen orders delivered so quickly. You really put a smile on my face. There are only a few of you, but you're on top of things to satisfy all your customers. I wish you all the best and good luck, because the public isn't always easy, especially on July 14th lol 🤣 So, we've added a very nice dining room, a fantastic team—smiling, attentive, and understanding—and on top of that, they've added activities for children. Olaf even sometimes comes to McDonald's!
