Went to the drive-thru on Sunday, September 13th, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes... It happens...
But when I got to the counter, the order was lost, so we started again, and there was no way to use my loyalty card.
Then the burgers and fries were delivered cold, and on top of that, they forgot the sauces... I hope this is a one-off, but I was disappointed with the evening.

Two of the self-service kiosks were out of order, which lengthened the wait. The hamburgers were mediocre, with cheese that wasn't melted and barely warm. In short, McDonald's doesn't make you want to stop by; it's just that everything around is either full or closed. In short, McDonald's used to be better.

We just ate here tonight, and even though it was busy, we were served quickly. I was missing a few things, and the waiter kindly brought them to us. We'll be back soon, and thank you again.

Unfortunately on this visit the food delivered at the drive through was, at best, only warm. Both fries and Big Mac. In fact the bottom part of the Bic Mac bun was actually cold. Always too late find this out when on the move. Not good enough.
Also the person on the intercom always launches into a rapid , standard 'McDo' spiel and doesn't listen closely enough - leads to having to repeate requests etc.
I realise it was a hot, sunny and busy Sunday afternoon but please take more genuine care in communication with the customer and get the food delivered HOT to the point of sale.

I've been here many times and have always been served cold fries; it was only after I complained that I received a hot portion. The establishment wasn't busy enough to justify cold food or a hastily prepared sandwich—as if I were expected to just eat it as is. I mentioned it to a waitress, but she maintained that the presentation of my order was perfectly fine. However, a manager corrected my order without any difficulty.
