McDonald's sur Pessac

Good evening, Rare MacDo where there is always someone to welcome you or provide you with information. It was clean and efficient. Congratulations to this young team!

Updated: September 2024 We returned as a family to this McDonald's several times this summer. Even when there were a lot of people, the waiters and managers took great care and did their best to satisfy us. It's great! We know that at the moment it is very difficult to recruit in all sectors and despite this, Macdo delivers. So we read some comments from grumpy people who complain about seeing a fries or a napkin on the floor but it's some rude people who don't respect anything. The restaurant is really very clean. Well done because some starred establishments don’t have your smile! When my children grow up I hope they will have the chance to learn in a company like this. We will come back soon to enjoy ourselves and feel good. ~~~~~~~~~ March 2023 Where to start? A large and beautiful Macdonald with terraces, greenery, a separate indoor play area, plenty of parking spaces. I often take the Drive which is super well organized and when I come with the children they love the games, they are classified according to age and at least it's not the fair like in other play areas. In short, we come often and sometimes with friends for hot chocolate with pastries. I hadn't taken the time to write before but the waiters are so nice that I tell myself I have to because some of the comments I read make me feel sorry for them. Of course, sometimes there are fries on the floor or a table that hasn't yet been wiped, but when you see how some customers behave, it's not the restaurant's fault. And if we see something that's wrong, just tell them and they'll take care of it right away. So really, if you want to eat a hamburger or fries with complete confidence, go for it.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but this McDonald’s definitely deserves a special mention! First of all, the cleanliness is impeccable. The service is fast and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Another positive point: the children's area, where an employee is always present to ensure the safety and comfort of the youngest.

This morning my daughter asked me to go to Mac café Pessac, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch for €9 including egg Mac muffin bacon!

Very clean McDonald's, we were served quickly and everything was hot and very good. The staff is very polite and responsive. Small downside, no paper in the toilets.

Welcoming restaurant, with automatic door which is great with a stroller! The terminals are even adapted for people with disabilities. The toilets are suitable for children, a toilet even has a changing table and suitable sinks. As for children's games, we fill out a sheet for children's responsibility, with a gentleman who welcomes us, the maintenance of the room is perfect, toilets available as well as terminals, the waiter indicates to others our position so that we can are served, even the ice cream comes to us when we have finished our meal. Games divided into 3 different ages. Honestly this restaurant is superb for children, the staff is great, the cleanliness is there!

Great playground we specially travel 30km to come there because the other McDonald's do not have comparable playgrounds.

Please change the Sunday ones, they taste too much like water ice.
