The salad was practically nonexistent, and the person bringing the trays was anything but friendly. I think she left her smile at the door. A 10-minute wait for a forgotten coffee is excessive, and don't even get me started on the forgotten fork. These things happen, but there's a proper way to treat customers. A smile and a bit of courtesy make it all worthwhile. A word to the wise...

The terminals close at 11pm. Otherwise, it's McDonald's, it's not good, it's expensive, but it's quite fast and it's open almost until late.

A huge thank you to Anaïs, who was absolutely fantastic! Smiling, pleasant, professional, and very welcoming. It's a pleasure to deal with someone so kind and attentive; she truly deserves to be commended. 😊
On the other hand, I was much less satisfied with the service from the other employee, a small, dark-haired woman with glasses, who was wearing a gray hat that day. I found her particularly unpleasant and cold, with a frankly inappropriate attitude towards customers. It's a shame, because it contrasts sharply with Anaïs's professionalism and kindness.
I hope that management will recognize Anaïs's work and take this kind of behavior into account, because a warm welcome really makes all the difference.

Drive-thru open until 2 am, very convenient because nothing else was open and we were starving lol.
Good nuggets, good fries, good iced tea, good taste.
Typical McDonald's prices.
Friendly service, although I think they were getting tired since it was almost 2 am, but that's understandable. No atmosphere since we were at the drive-thru.
I recommend it.

Fantastic experience at this McDonald's in Pessac! Unlike other establishments where the table service sometimes leaves something to be desired, here everything is brought quickly and directly to our table with great professionalism. The team is efficient and friendly, which really makes a difference. I highly recommend it!

We stopped by the drive-thru at night. There were a few cars ahead of us, but we were served very quickly!
The staff was pleasant and friendly, no complaints at all. A very efficient team despite seeming small.
It's just a shame they don't have Croque McDo or Egg McMuffins after 11:30 pm… 😉
