They don't offer table service. Orders take a long time to arrive, and the staff is uncoordinated. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

We were waiting to be served, and one of our friends hadn't received her takeaway order. To apologize for the wait, the manager very kindly offered her extra fries and a donut for dessert 😊

I think this McDonald's has made a lot of effort and progress. Sure, you can always place your click & collect order well in advance, arrive at the drive-thru with the cars, and be served much later, but at least they're responsive, reachable, and capable of offering truly classy customer service. That's so rare these days, so thank you and well done!

We ate at this McDonald's during our stay in Bordeaux. The food was excellent, the restaurant was great, and the service was top-notch. We met Lionel, the manager, who is lovely, and his team is fantastic! Well done!
