The burgers here are nice and crispy, and the salad is fresh, which shows that the sandwich is made fresh and not left to sit for two hours under a heat lamp. The service is friendly and the terrace is lovely; you can already eat outside in this beautiful sunshine.

I went to order at the drive-thru kiosk, but the woman was unable to take my order and showed no courtesy. Then I decided to go inside and ordered again. The same woman (Ophelia) gave me the wrong items, not even an apology, and still no politeness. On top of that, she put the fries I had received back into the fryers being served to other customers. This is unacceptable.

I stopped by the McDonald's in Héricourt and was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The employees are smiling, polite, and genuinely very kind. The manager also took the time to chat with me with great kindness and professionalism. You can feel a great team atmosphere and a real sense of camaraderie in the restaurant. It really makes you want to join the team! Thank you again for your warm welcome 😊

Order prepared quickly and quite well done, fast service. We had a very smiling and very pleasant gentleman with customers who didn't have much hair and who wore a blue t-shirt.
