I went to order at the drive-thru kiosk, but the woman was unable to take my order and showed no courtesy. Then I decided to go inside and ordered again. The same woman (Ophelia) gave me the wrong items, not even an apology, and still no politeness. On top of that, she put the fries I had received back into the fryers being served to other customers. This is unacceptable.

I stopped by the McDonald's in Héricourt and was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The employees are smiling, polite, and genuinely very kind. The manager also took the time to chat with me with great kindness and professionalism. You can feel a great team atmosphere and a real sense of camaraderie in the restaurant. It really makes you want to join the team! Thank you again for your warm welcome 😊

Order prepared quickly and quite well done, fast service. We had a very smiling and very pleasant gentleman with customers who didn't have much hair and who wore a blue t-shirt.

Never had any problems with this McDonald's, unlike Montbéliard and especially Audincourt, where there are always mistakes in orders. Fast service. It's just a shame they always give us the same drinks.

This restaurant now deserves a good renovation and restoration of their furniture. Several cushions are missing on the benches, some chairs are rusty, and unfortunately we often find the tables dirty before sitting down...a shame because the staff is for the most part very friendly and helpful.!

La Petite Fringale

15/05/2025: It all started with a discovery a few months ago. Since then, I've been taking my family and friends there regularly to eat. Friendly staff, tempting menus and dishes, and a wide selection to satisfy everyone. The prices are more than attractive! We've made a habit of going there!
14/04/2025: A visit to the region and we were very surprised by the Petite Fringale, excellent thanks to the staff.
