The place was clean and the service was quick. However, it's really unpleasant to eat with a manager shouting in the background, which is a shame!

McDonald's, a very modern restaurant, my order was placed exactly as ordered. I was served on time with a big smile by the young man and the lady; they were very friendly.

The McDonald's is nice but it's starting to show its age; a lot of things are broken, but the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very friendly. However, there are occasional order mistakes and the wait can be a bit long at times.

Never had any problems with this McDonald's, unlike the ones in Montbéliard and especially Audincourt where there are always mistakes with the orders. The service was quick. It's just a shame they always give us the same cups.

Refusing sugar for a coffee you've already paid for is petty. Doing it with a rude attitude is even worse. The problem wasn't the sugar, but the manager's complete lack of business sense and respect.

06/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! Efficient and very pleasant service. Traditional cuisine with great flavor. We ordered the forest mushroom tart and the calf's head... there wasn't a single bite left on our plates 🤩. For dessert, the red berry charlotte and crème brûlée were perfect. Thank you for this excellent meal. A stop here is a must on our next trip to Héricourt. We highly recommend it.
19/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, I stumbled upon it by chance and I don't regret it at all, I'll definitely be back. The welcome was very warm, nothing to complain about, everything was very satisfying, especially the menu with its many choices and high quality. I recommend it 100%.
