McDonald's sur Lunel

Very clean restaurant, easy parking. Service was adequate.

I'm generally quite satisfied with my regular orders, except lately when the terminals aren't working and display an error at the end, and sometimes orders are omitted; it all depends on the servers.

It's a shame the tables are often dirty and sometimes the food is too cold.

I had to give 3 stars for the service because depending on the team, we get told to get lost and feel like we're bothering them. Tonight, June 7th, 2026, the team was very good, except for the managers who aren't very friendly to the staff even though they're doing their best. I also wanted to point out that in other fast food restaurants, when the staff makes a mistake (which can happen, we're only human), if it's a sandwich, they add the missing ingredient or they take it back to throw it away, which I don't think is right because throwing away food breaks my heart. I think that at least we could leave the old burger or something else as a "gesture" and prepare another one, or another item, which would be cool to do like them. Thank you.

A quiet place but they often get the orders wrong

We waited 30 minutes to be served after ordering, even though there were only 5 of us, and received cold, unsalted fries. We had ordered sauces, but we didn't get them. The hygiene in the restrooms was deplorable, and the music in the restrooms was very loud, especially for changing children. I strongly advise against this McDonald's.

Quick Click & Collect, minimal wait, and a friendly team that truly does its best 👍 However, a special mention goes to some customers… Their reviews are sometimes more demanding than the McDonald's card. They ask for things that aren't even on the receipt, with a smile optional. The team remains patient and pleasant nonetheless. Honestly, kudos to them!!!

Pleasant staff, very friendly manager, pleasant setting. The service was good, and the tables were cleaned. The portions were accurate, and the service was quick for this time of year.

Swap the marking in the different burger

No complaints. Clean, fast service, and friendly staff.
