No hygiene is maintained, since cleaning is not done frequently in the rush hours, maybe due to limited staff on January 9th 2026. The restrooms are either not operational or some maintenance going on but an alternative should be planned for customers by providing a disposable wet napkins.

06/02/2026: Opposite the entrance to Lyon's Part-Dieu train station, this brasserie stands out amidst the fast-food restaurants. Nevertheless, I was served very quickly with the daily special I chose (there are two options). Fish with mashed potatoes was delicious. I didn't have time for dessert as I was only there for 30 minutes. The welcome was very friendly and professional. The dish was perfect. I paid €13.90. At that price, why go to a fast-food restaurant? I enjoyed a balanced and well-prepared meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely go back.
30/01/2026: I don't quite understand the average rating. We arrived at 2 pm for lunch, the waiter was incredibly friendly and kind, we had the daily special and it was delicious. We'll definitely be back. See you soon, Carine
