McDonald's sur Terrasson-Lavilledieu

Several preparation errors, a missing item that was "we'll get for you" but never arrived. Once we went to ask for it, it was indeed missing, but they didn't bother to tell us. Even worse, the manager is unpleasant and rude to her employees in front of customers. It doesn't make you want to go there, let alone work there. Edit: Following the restaurant's response, I decided to give this McDonald's a second chance. The experience was much better this time. Thank you for taking the feedback into account.

The service was a bit slow and not very hot!

Great but the pockets are tearing

No sign or indication that they are out of stock of an item, we buy and it is when we check the order that we are informed, we are not even told verbally, either they do not offer anything in exchange or something of their choice. It is more than limited

It's a McDonald's, it's basic and efficient. But the staff is super friendly, which is why we come back often if we don't have another plan.

Never too crowded, pleasant. Okay, you have to insist to get your sauces and napkins... Hot in the summer and cold in the winter...
