This is the only McDonald's in Beauvais that takes your order and serves you quickly! Lucas and Maxime are always helpful! And Emma and Ryan are attentive employees who always have a smile on their face! THANK YOU!

A few months ago, I took a picture of the two sundaes I'd ordered to go, along with the receipt. I wondered how to tell them apart since there was no visible sauce, but they'd simply forgotten to add the chocolate and caramel. When I went back a month later, they told me I should have come back sooner. (Photo included!) So, no compensation. Another time, it was the drink... we try to check everything before we leave, but tonight, the bacon wasn't in the hamburger! Do they even have to check that?

A fantastic experience! We were greeted by Lucas, who was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and always smiling, with amazing energy. It's so refreshing to encounter someone so warm, especially in a profession that isn't always easy and requires a lot of patience. Thank you for the warm welcome and your good humor; it truly makes a difference! 😊
