Always bothered by people who can't even refrain from smoking for 5 minutes.
I wish smoking would be banned everywhere... and that will only happen because of inconsiderate people who feel compelled to smoke wherever they are.

The restaurant's atmosphere is quite pleasant, no complaints there. However, I was disappointed by the service. No one greeted me; they immediately asked for my order number, and once my order was handed over, there was no "enjoy your meal." These are small details, but they significantly impact the customer experience.

Hello,
I frequently use the drive-thru at this McDonald's, even though it's further from my home, because the service and welcome are very pleasant and quick.
I don't understand all the negative comments about the wait time at the drive-thru. Most of the time there's never anyone there, and when there are three or four cars, you're served in less than 10 minutes. This isn't the case at the McDonald's closest to my home, for example, where the wait is always endless.
A special mention for Sandra, who is always kind, pleasant, funny, and smiling. It's always a pleasure to see you.

Good evening, I came to eat at your McDonald's this Saturday, December 13th. I deducted one star for each missing patty in my cheeseburger. One patty can be omitted once, but not four times.
