McDonald's sur La Fouillouse

I would like to express my overall satisfaction with my recent visit to the McDonald's restaurant La Fouillouse located near Andrézieux Bouthéons. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food offered as well as the courteous service provided by the staff. However, I would like to point out a disappointment relating to the waiting time at the drive-thru service as well as the attention paid to specific customer requests. Firstly, it should be noted that the dishes I ordered were exquisite and meticulously prepared, fully meeting my expectations for a meal at McDonald's. In addition, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff greatly contributed to enhancing my experience. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the wait time at the drive-thru. Despite the simplicity of my order, I had to wait longer than expected to receive my meals. I believe that optimizing the efficiency of the drive-thru would be beneficial in reducing wait times and improving the overall customer experience. Furthermore, I noticed that certain specific requests that I had made when ordering were not taken into consideration. It would be desirable for staff to pay increased attention to individual customer requests and ensure that they are adequately taken into account when preparing meals. Despite these few points of disappointment, I remain generally satisfied with my experience at McDonald's de la fouillouse located near Andrézieux Bouthéons. I simply recommend that the restaurant look into these aspects in order to offer an even more rewarding experience to its customers.

Progress, with tables and a clean room, trash cans that weren't overflowing, around 2 p.m.!

Personnel super sympa et gentil ! J' étais dans la muise suite aux blocages par les tracteurs et ils m' ont bien aidé. Encore merci ! Le Belge.

Paons secs trop cuits idem pour la viande

Restaurant très propre (sauf les toilettes) et plutôt agréable.

Je trouve inadmissible la façon dont les responsables parlent aux personnels qui nettoient les salles Ceux qui nettoient ne sont pas des chiens Rien que pour cela je ne remettrai plus les pieds chez vous

Trés bien petit bemol plus d explication sur les plaques de commande pour les débutants mais sinon au top

Il n'y a pas la bonne quantité de frites dans les récipients, les tables, les chaises et les sols ne sont pas très propres. 3 fois on m'a renversé les boissons dessus ! L'ambiance n'est plus la même depuis que le personnel a changé
