I love McDonald's like everyone else, but I admit I have a hard time letting my son eat it. It was his first McDonald's today, he's six years old, and I don't feel great... Oh well.

I go there regularly with my three boys, and every time, everything goes very well. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful: when you ask for something, it's done with a smile, without any fuss. That deserves to be highlighted and encouraged. After a major oversight on my order, I called them the next day and the manager immediately resolved the issue and offered me a discount 👍 Sure, order errors are annoying... but I really appreciate this manager's responsiveness and professionalism!
