McDonald's is McDonald's. No surprises, you get what you came for. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars because the drive-thru access isn't convenient, and it's even worse getting out because you have to go all the way around the mall to leave. In short, accessibility wasn't considered at all.

I really wanted to take a moment to commend Mehdi and the entire team at the Issoire McDonald's for their exceptional work. As a regular customer, I'm always impressed by the positive energy Mehdi brings. He's always smiling, attentive, and incredibly patient, even when it's busy and some customers aren't very careful with the dining area. Mehdi remains professional, cleans up, puts things away, and keeps smiling, which truly makes the experience enjoyable. It's a real pleasure to see such a dedicated team. They handle busy days with great professionalism, and that truly deserves recognition. In short: congratulations to Mehdi and the whole Issoire team; they are a real asset to the restaurant. Thank you to them for their outstanding work and their consistently excellent service!
