Friday, January 30th, 12:00 PM. Perfect order, which is rare these days at McDonald's. The lady who took our order was lovely, nothing was forgotten, the fries were hot, and most importantly, the triple cheeseburger was magnificent! Keep this team! Signed: A total pain in the neck.

I went to McDonald's this Sunday, and Sylvie at the drive-thru is amazing! She was so welcoming, her explanations were perfect, and her smile made me forget the bad weather! I ordered tonight because I had a disastrous lunch. I was hoping McDonald's would make up for my evening meal, and what do I see? I paid over €20 for a "best of" meal via Uber Eats. I know the delivery fees, but my meal wasn't complicated; I was missing my drink, the rest was fine. But if you order a meal and pay for something specific, I'd at least like to receive everything from my meal. So, to the night team on the night of December 27th to 28th, I'll keep you in mind (this is a joke, but being disappointed by the competition, trying to make up for it, and being disappointed again doesn't really make me want to order from you anymore).

17/01/2026: Despite booking a room directly over the phone, the room was not suitable for my needs. Having reduced mobility following knee surgery, I wanted a room with an accessible shower, but the shower was raised and impossible to reach, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility despite the phone confirmation. The room was very cold. The reception was adequate and the breakfast was complete.
23/12/2025: We arrived late at night and received a warm and friendly welcome. After a good night's rest, we enjoyed a varied and good quality breakfast (for a hotel near the highway) before continuing our journey. Private parking.
