Overall, a good experience. I'm giving it a good rating because the work is well done and the service remains efficient.
However, I often notice that one person seems to manage a large part of the service, both the counter and the kitchen, with a lot of dedication and excellent work. I've seen them in the same role for several months now, and I feel that this commitment deserves more recognition and opportunities for advancement.
Overall, the restaurant is well-run, but it might be worthwhile to better recognize the most dedicated staff. And perhaps reconsider who gets the white shirt.
