It had been a long time since I'd eaten such a good McDonald's. The fries were cooked perfectly.

I very rarely leave reviews. The young manager (with glasses) is absolutely lovely, professional, and very sharp. She needs to be treated with care; managers with such qualities are hard to find in fast food. Thank you, Sara.

The McSmart is better than the McDeal because you can add a second hamburger and ketchup on the fish burger is crazy and you have the choice of having potatoes instead of fries.

27/08/2026: Great welcome, great food, great atmosphere, and great Raph!
27/08/2026: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Every dish was a true delight, prepared with quality ingredients and great expertise. The service also deserves special mention: smiling, attentive, and professional. Between the head chef Aurel and Jagol in the kitchen, Guigui, Raf, or Stef, it's hard to know who to choose, but you can feel a genuine passion behind this establishment. A must-visit for me, a 40-year-old native of Pontoise. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will return with great pleasure!

26/09/2026: The benchmark restaurant in Pontoise thanks to a revamped menu and a wide selection of drinks.
