It's always a pleasure to stop at this motorway service area and this McDonald's. The staff is always smiling and polite, and the place is clean. The food is always good, and the service is fast. Thank you and well done to the whole team who are so friendly and excellent with customers!

Despite an error in the order, everything was quickly rectified. The staff was very helpful and thanked. They were very responsive, even though it was busy, and the place was clean. The cleaning staff was very diligent and attentive to the cleanliness of the tables.
