Never disappointed by their nuggets; they always come out of the oil and are nice and crispy. One of the few McDonald's that guarantees this every time!
I recommend them, but being in a shopping area, it gets busy and noisy quickly. I recommend the drive-thru more.

McDonald's is fairly clean, but the food and service need improvement. Our order was incomplete; a sauce was missing. When we went back to the person who served us, they said it was perfect and checked the receipt. I don't see the point in stealing a sauce, so I think they need to be a bit more meticulous in preparing the order. Otherwise, it's a nice establishment; the kitchen staff do a clean job, which isn't always the case at McDonald's.

First time at the Rennes McDonald's, the wait was a bit long as there was no one else ordering or even any other customers. The two employees who brought our trays weren't very friendly, and they offered takeaway dishes even though we were eating in, as if they were worried about being inspected. The first tray we received was missing half of our order, and the drink wasn't what we ordered—it was missing sauce, which was a shame. But otherwise, the food was hot, so no complaints about the sandwich or the fries.

I came on 07/03/26 and frankly it wasn't bad, the McDonald's was clean, the employees were friendly and what's more, the wait for my order wasn't long at all!

The order was correct. For a McDonald's, it was perfect. The service, however, was a bit slow and not very friendly. The atmosphere was okay, but quite noisy during peak hours.

A huge thank you to the young man who handled everything single-handedly at the drive-thru today at midnight. Ordering, payment, delivery... he managed it all! (He really looked like he was on his own, poor guy.) We waited 30 minutes, but he apologized; that's really professional of him!

I just went through the drive-thru.
I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Following my comments to the manager, Marouane, he was very attentive and responsive.
While it might not be possible to do this solely through a Google review, I hope my feedback will help him take more responsibility and grow within this restaurant.
These are the future professionals of tomorrow.
