My best McDonald's experience ever, and that's saying something, considering I'm a regular customer. The young employee Gabriel was incredibly kind to me, so much so that I consider him one of my best friends. Thank you so much, I'll never forget you.

A big shout-out to Gabriel and his colleague Eva. Very professional staff who know how to make you feel welcome. Thanks to them, we'll be back to the Alma McDonald's. The best employees I've ever encountered at this chain because they always put a smile on your face. I highly recommend it!!!

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

17/07/2026: Arrived early. Lovely lady served us and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable 🥰. Can’t rate the food as we had a coffee which was great. Would use again definitely.
16/07/2026: Normally you don't wait 25 minutes for a simple CBO, especially when it arrives half-warm. A shame, and therefore not as good as other McDonald's in the area.
