Impeccable. The best fast food in Royan in my opinion, especially in terms of service and speed. At competitors you get the impression you're bothering them and the orders are full of errors.

Right now we're having wavy fries, which are a replacement for regular potatoes. I come quite often, so three times in total. The first time, they told me that wavy fries aren't included in the Best Of menu. Then I asked for a higher-end menu, and they agreed. The fourth time, they refused to give me wavy fries in the free menu, all so I could pay for Happy Meals, which include them for an extra €0.50.

The burgers look weird and the McShaker with fries and cheddar is awful, I don't recommend it. The atmosphere is good, and the service is good because the only time you see an employee is when your order arrives, but the burgers aren't great.

However, don't expect a top-notch experience across the board: some elements (portion size, hygiene, service) can vary.
