The staff were friendly and plentiful, but they chatted a lot amongst themselves, and the wait for our order was very long, even though it wasn't very busy at 4:45 PM. Customers who arrived after us were served first. I had to ask about the status of my order. Otherwise, very pleasant.

The speed of service is impeccable! However, when I went through the drive-thru, there was a mix-up with my children's Happy Meal toys, which forced me to make two trips back and forth, since the person at the order preparation station refused to exchange the toy, even though she had initially made a mistake and insisted otherwise! Besides that, I must say the customer service leaves something to be desired.

Excellent service from Baptiste. There was a mistake with my order, and he went back to the kitchen to get the correct item I had ordered. He's a fantastic waiter.

11/02/2026: Just a 2-minute walk from the central market and the beach! Excellent hot chocolates and crepes, freshly squeezed orange juice. Terrace, ground floor, and a mezzanine available for private hire. Nice decor. Very clean establishment.

Pizza Roma

06/08/2026: Excellent pizzas. And the desserts are also very good. We go there every summer during our stay in Royan.
05/08/2026: We bought two pizzas this evening at Pizza Roma on Place du Docteur Gantier in Royan. Honestly, they were delicious! The pizzas were generously topped, and the crust was exquisite. The service was friendly! We'll definitely be back.
