We ordered a meal for five people and waited 25 minutes because I kept asking to be served, only to end up eating cold food because our order was left on the side. It wasn't even what we ordered. Despite this, the waitress at the counter was very kind and helpful. I think that on a Saturday, there weren't enough staff to serve us.

Food is typical of McDonald's. The atmosphere is cold, like in McDonald's these days; you serve yourself at the kiosk, are asked to wait further away, and then goodbye. Total impersonal service. Exactly what you'd expect from the chain.
