McDonald's sur Le Pradet

A very warm welcome, and what's more, the very friendly assistant manager, Santi, came into the dining room to ask customers for their feedback – something I've never seen before!

Having witnessed an incident, I would like to commend the restaurant staff who were working this afternoon. A woman was frightened by an individual in the parking lot, and the staff took care of her. Another employee (who has been there for years) asked some delivery drivers seated at a large table if they would mind accompanying the customer, just in case: they agreed. The two managers (a man and a woman), as well as an employee in a green cap, were all very professional. They even went so far as to escort the customer and her daughter back to her car for added safety! Well done to these employees. You care about your customers to the very end. Keep up the good work. Don't change your team!

Afternoon spent at the play area with a fantastic welcome! The staff was attentive to our experience in the restaurant. The manager, who served me personally, checked that my food was hot and well-prepared. He even brought balloons for all the children present, as well as a small bag of candy. The multi-skilled team members were smiling and truly versatile. Best McDonald's in the Var region. Having worked at McDonald's when I was younger, honestly, this McDonald's is top-notch!! And since the service is impeccable, I think it encourages customers to respect the premises and the staff!! Thank you for this wonderful time.
