We weren't allowed to eat chips or anything in McDonald's, they told us to clean up even though we were cold and didn't know where to eat our chips in a covered area. The fries were hard and cold.

Excellent experience! The manager is very kind and welcoming, which makes the visit pleasant. The service is quick and the products are served piping hot and of good quality. No complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend it!

Honestly, thank goodness there's this McDonald's in Saint Jean de Maurienne because the other restaurants are either closed or overwhelmed with 10 customers. We got takeout from the drive-thru: efficient, fast, hot, and tasty. Top-notch! 👌

We ordered a lot of food, which was ready within 5 minutes. While there were some missing items (wavy fried and a 0,5l apple sprite), the employees immediately prepared them for us with a smile. Seems like the big problem with this issue is the fact that they need to serve the food within a certain amount of time, no matter how big the order is. The food itself looked and tasted good - no issue there. The hygiene is also way better than people in these reviews said, I believe. The food is served in plastic containers, but they look clean. The toilets are also clean.
