Le McDo de Bruay offre une expérience agréable avec un service rapide. Leurs hamburgers sont chaud et les frites sont toujours croustillantes. L’équipe a le sourire ce qui donne vraiment l’envie de revenir y manger 😊

While visiting the restaurant, we were greeted by a wonderful hostess, smiling and professional. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend it :)
Edit: Visited a month later, still as satisfied as ever.

Today, Wednesday, March 25, 2026, I went to McDonald's to order the new Mario items, but I didn't receive them right away. I had to go back, and when you call, they hang up on you.
When we arrived, we explained the problem. The woman seemed completely bewildered. She told us the boxes were supposedly ready, but we hadn't received them immediately. In the end, we did manage to get them. A little more courtesy wouldn't have gone amiss. I will never go back to the McDonald's in Bruay-la-Buissière.

Ordered for delivery, they forgot the sauces and the ice cream I bought with my loyalty points… And there's no help on the app for this, 50 points wasted, I'm extremely disappointed… There have been more and more oversights in orders lately…

Very good restaurant, however, beware of the wild bulldozers that come out of hibernation. They are aggressive and have a real taste for Big Macs.

I wanted to go to KFC but no one was answering the counter, so I came here to the McDonald's in Bruay, which is much more welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious.
