I came here to work remotely this morning and stayed for a good part of the afternoon. The service was excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is very efficient. Special mention to Assia, who is lovely and always smiling at all the customers. Thank you to the entire team at the McDonald's in Aix-en-Provence!

That said, the waitstaff weren't very interested in his work.

Great atmosphere, warm welcome, friendly team. We couldn't complete a transaction, and someone came to help us – excellent!

I arrived at 11 am to eat, and the staff was already overwhelmed even though there was no one else there. There was a very long wait to pay at the counter, but the meal was served fairly quickly afterward. When I asked the staff for help, they gave vague answers and made it clear we were bothering them (this was clearly aimed at one person in particular with whom I had to deal several times). It's a shame because the burgers were very well made, as were the fries, which had just been cooked. There's an indoor children's play area and a large free parking lot right in front (the Carrefour parking lot).
