Grand Hotel Negre Coste sur Aix-En-Provence

Very good hotel and spa but a big downside for the catering. The hotel is very well and quietly located on the Cours Mirabeau. We were in a prestige room. Beautiful room with a nice view of the course. Very good bedding, courtesy tray and mini bar. The welcome was very professional. We were able to leave our suitcases and get information about the city. A very beautiful, pleasant and truly relaxing spa. We enjoyed our time. Only one downside but very important, the catering. Evening meal expensive and not at all qualitative. Pleasant waiters but steak with a lot of nerves, Milanese escalope without taste. Too bad. As for breakfast, a big disappointment for €25. Well received but no buffet, all-you-can-eat service but served on a plate. I waited for a baguette with jam and butter for 1/2 hour! We gave up... See you again!

Quality service and welcome! Rarely seen! Honestly, a very good experience for a first in this hotel in the heart of Aix en Provence!

The setting is nice. We enjoyed lunch. The Spa/massage part was great. Very pleasant waiting room.

Petite escapade aixoise le temps d'une nuit, avec 1h au Spa Nuxe et le petite déjeuner gourmand. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel comme du restaurant Le Mirabeau, à été d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits soins. La suite est incroyable, silence, tout le confort nécessaire, une très belle vue sur les toits du cours Mirabeau avec le soleil levant. En tant que marseillais, c'est toujours un plaisir de venir se détendre à Aix. Le parking privé avec recharge, l'accès direct sur le cours... Je recommande vicement l'adresse et nous reviendrons 🙌🏻. Il faut toujours un petit bémol, le matelas et/ou le surmatelas un peu trop moelleux.
