Click & Collect order B975. I paid an extra €2 for an Oasis Boba in my meal, but to my surprise, it was just a regular Oasis... there was no salad in the meal, they told me they'd put fries in instead, no problem, but the fries from the McDonald's meal deal were missing. And tonight is the first time we've ever waited so long to pick up our order, between 10 and 15 minutes... Apparently, it wasn't our night!

Few people were there, and there was a wait despite an army of staff. The toilet sink was clogged and the bin overflowing; the marks on the handles and flush buttons were all clear invitations to wash their hands thoroughly.

A huge thank you to the manager for his professionalism and responsiveness! He resolved the issue for me using the McDonald's app on-site, allowing me to enjoy my order without any problems, including the Spider-Man and Big Mac.
Special mention for the attention to detail: the hot items were set aside to prevent the ice cream from melting while waiting for the rest of my order.
The restaurant is clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend it!

I went to the drive-thru this Sunday. The two girls who served me were super friendly, the service was quick, and the food was piping hot. No complaints, thank you!

Visited on August 1st at 12:30 PM. Clean restrooms, hot and well-made sandwiches, clean dining area, and fairly quick service. Very pleasant :)

Overall, like all McDonald's, there's nothing particularly special about it. The thing I look for at McDonald's is cleanliness, and here it was generally clean.

As a regular customer, I can only commend the team for their efficiency. There has been a real improvement in the last few months, and it's so pleasant to be served quickly and with a smile! Management can be proud of their team.
