the entire establishment is correct the staff is very pleasant except for one gentleman who is all disheveled who has no protection on his hair who will smoke with his shoes on, who eats fries between 2 customers and who does not wash himself no hands when resuming his service this person should no longer be there or if it is a manager who remains in his office and well done to an employee called Jade who is adorable competent and always smiling a real model
A mixed experience at the McDonald's in Vaulx-en-Velin. The positive points: the food is quite good and the service is correct, with trays brought to the table, which is appreciable. However, hygiene seriously leaves something to be desired. The room, chairs and tables were in a deplorable state of cleanliness. The sanitary facilities are particularly problematic, with more than questionable hygiene. It's a shame because it ruins the overall experience.
Apart from the toilets not being very clean like 90% of fast food restaurants, the restaurant seems clean, service quite fast and quality ok. Well placed in the small commercial area.
